Delivery Information

Timescales:

 

LilyBobs will aim to create all orders within our timescale of 15 working days from receipt of payment (see individual items for specific times per product). Please subsequently allow for 3-5 working days for the delivery of your item in the UK.  Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

UK Shipping for online orders:

LilyBobs deliver throughout the UK via Evri or Royal Mail Delivery service.   Should there be any delays in despatching your order for any other reason LilyBobs will contact you via email.

Returns:

 

The following terms & conditions apply: -

No refunds or exchanges can be given on any products that have permanent personalisation details applied, unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.

 

Before returning your item(s) please contact us at (lilybobsgifts@hotmail.com) for further instructions of what to do next.

LilyBobs will only accept goods returned, if they are sent back within 10 days of receipt. The full cost of returning the goods will be the 'customers’ responsibility.  We recommend on returning goods that you use a signed for service.

Goods must be returned back in perfect re-saleable condition with all original labelling and with all packaging complete.

No refund or exchange will be made until goods have been returned and checked by LilyBobs, we cannot accept any liability for lost parcels and the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.  Postage costs are non-refundable.

LilyBobs aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving your return. We will send you an email to confirm that we have processed your refund, but it may take a further 5-10 days for the banks to credit your account with the refund.
