Online price errors
​If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered or reserved, we will inform you as soon as possible (e.g. prior to the goods being despatched or in store prior to the collection of the goods). We will provide you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Personalisation details

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all personalisation details entered during checkout are correct. LilyBobs will take no responsibility for any errors in the production of personalised items if the customer has input details incorrectly. We will endeavour to resolve any issues, however, customers will be required to cover any additional costs to LilyBobs, depending on where the order is in production.
Product details to note

LilyBobs wooden signs are made from natural solid Redwood and as such this natural material can have knotting of the wood and change shape over time dependent on the temperature/environment it is placed in. By purchasing one of these items you agree to your product having these natural characteristics. If any sign is severely affected and this detracts from the overall quality of the product then LilyBobs may offer a replacement item.
LilyBobs make every effort to represent their products as accurately as possible however variations from customers devices and settings ( resolution, brightness, contrast etc) can and may give a different perspective on colours of our products. LilyBobs cannot be held responsible for these variations and customers are advised to look from more than one device or using differing settings on their devices to assure themselves of the colour choices they have made. If the customer is unhappy with their final product upon delivery of their item, LilyBobs may agree to change the colour however production and postage costs will be at the customers expense.

Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in each item listing and also when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. LilyBobs shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you or are left with a person or place nominated by you.

If the item delivered by the courier has damage to the packaging on receipt then the customer is to photograph the parcel before opening. Once open the product is also to be checked for damage and photographs are to be sent showing any damage found to LilyBobs within 48hrs of delivery so that we can address the issue for our customers as soon as possible.

We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your website. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon your website.
